As SHE Manager LATAM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the SHE strategy for the region, ensuring compliance with company policies and programs. You will work closely with the Global SHE team to drive the SHE agenda and execute strategic priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the SHE team in the region, providing guidance and support to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

- Develop and implement SHE programs and initiatives to ensure each site has effective measures in place to prevent injuries and illnesses.

- Partner with site teams to build a safety and security culture, and to support the implementation and compliance of SHE standards and policies.

- Act as a bridge between the Global SHE team and production sites, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of the SHE strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry or Engineering.

- Proven experience in SHE and/or operations, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sectors.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
