Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled International Tax Analyst to join our Global Tax Team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with regional tax regulations and oversee the Group's tax position in Latin America.
  • Analyze changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the Group's business.
  • Communicate effectively with consultants across various countries where the Group operates.
  • Participate in tax structuring of international operations and risk management.
  • Develop operational structures and assess tax risks associated with conducting business abroad.
  • Establish processes for tax reporting and payment in countries where the Group operates.
  • Support tax structuring of non-commercial/charity projects.
  • Implement invoicing and automatic exchange of fiscal data processes with local authorities.
  • Supervise the development of tax accounting methodologies.
  • Participate in analyzing tax aspects of significant commercial, technical, and other projects.
  • Tax review of international operations, contracts, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in tax consulting/tax compliance or in the tax department of an international company (Big4 experience is required).
  • Understanding of tax reporting principles in LatAm regions.
  • Familiarity with international taxation principles and trends (transfer pricing, international tax treaties, EU directives, OECD initiatives, BEPS plan, Pillar 1&2).
  • Experience in international taxation (Latin America, US, Southeast Asia, India) is an advantage.
  • Management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English (Advanced level).
