Job Title: International Tax Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished tax professional to lead our global tax strategy in Latin America, focusing on the development and implementation of effective tax structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Group's tax position in Latin America, identifying key risks and opportunities, and developing strategic responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement international tax strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Set up and manage tax reporting and payment processes for countries where the Group operates, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Establish and control processes related to fiscal data exchange, invoices, and tax accounting methodologies.
  • Supervise tax reviews of international operations and contracts, ensuring alignment with Group policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Higher education in finance, economics, or law.
  • 5+ years of experience in tax consulting or compliance, preferably at Big4 firms.
  • Expertise in LatAm tax reporting principles and international taxation trends is essential.
  • Experience in international taxation, particularly in Latin America, is highly desirable.
