We are seeking an accomplished Senior Tax Strategist to lead our global tax planning initiatives. This critical role requires a seasoned tax professional with expertise in domestic and international tax strategies, business partnering, and digital business models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage tax risk, identify optimization opportunities, and support business growth.
  • Design and structure intercompany transactions, intellectual property arrangements, and digital services across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide strategic advice to business leaders on tax implications of various initiatives.
  • Monitor global tax developments and evaluate their impact on the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • Master's in Taxation, JD/LLM, or equivalent preferred.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including significant exposure to complex multinational groups.
  • Strong preference for Big 4 combined with in-house experience at a TMT.
