This Senior Tax Specialist role plays a pivotal part in driving improved performance in tax and finance projects. The goal is to integrate them seamlessly, deliver more efficient business processes, ensure compliance, and successfully execute project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing Tax & Finance processes: supporting the implementation of projects by mapping AS IS, identifying gaps, and proposing TO BE alternatives.
  • Leading and following up on meetings with relevant areas, ensuring alignment and executing actions on time using suitable project management methodologies.
  • Critical analysis of processes to identify gaps/conflicts/overlaps and opportunities for improvement, adhering to project governance requirements.
  • Supporting the collection of information, studying, and participating in the actions related to the implementation/update/improvement of systems.
  • Enabling integration between data and business for strategic decision-making. Preparing and standardizing Business Process Procedures, creating training materials, and training all areas involved in the process.
  • Actively participating in forums related to Tax and Finance digital transformations.
  • Tracking KPI's of project, monitoring efficiencies, delays, and interdependencies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Tax Law, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting)
  • Advanced or fluent in written and spoken English
  • Specialized qualifications in Tax Transformation Management will be valuable
  • Strong experience in Tax or Finance
  • Experience working within an international group context
  • Problem-solving, Organized, Team work, Negotiation and Innovation
  • Previous experience with project management methodology and tools (BI, Figma is a plus)
  • ERP Literate (SAP HANA is a plus)
