This is a challenging full-time position that requires a high level of dedication and teamwork. The successful candidate will possess native or bilingual English proficiency, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
They must be able to communicate effectively with technical teams at all levels, as well as facilitate discussions to translate business needs into detailed system designs.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with project management tools such as JIRA and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or equivalent is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead collaborative design sessions and facilitate discussions to translate business needs into detailed system designs.
- Develop comprehensive business requirement documents and convert them into precise functional specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
- At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience in the biotech industry.
- Excellent English communication skills around technical and non-technical topics.
- Experience with validated computer systems or a GxP environment.
