Job Title: Workers Compensation Attorney

We seek an experienced and dedicated Workers Compensation Attorney to represent clients in workers' compensation claims.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law and excellent negotiation, advocacy, and case management skills.

  • Represent clients in various stages of workers' compensation claims, including petitions, settlements, administrative hearings, and court appearances.
  • Gather evidence, draft/review legal documents, coordinate with medical professionals, and handle depositions as needed.
  • Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve fair settlements.
  • Conduct thorough research on workers' compensation law and compliance requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' compensation law (certification in workers' compensation is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to travel to court hearings, mediations, and client meetings as required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for client interactions and court presentations.
  • Comfortable working remotely while being responsive during business hours and available for mandatory events.
