Join our mental health treatment center as a Therapist and provide comprehensive counseling and therapeutic services to clients. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals and families in need of mental health services.
\Responsibilities:\- \
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to discuss effective coping skills and assist clients in navigating their mental health diagnoses.\
- Conduct client psychosocial assessments, develop and monitor the implementation of individualized treatment plans, and carry out client intake processes.\
- Collaborate with the treatment team, including clinical staff, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.\
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality care and customer satisfaction.\
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.\
- Perform additional duties as required by the organization and its leadership team.\
- Participate in regular supervision and mentorship opportunities to enhance professional growth and development.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based treatments to ensure delivery of exceptional care.\
