Senior Loan Closing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Closing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the loan closing process, ensuring that all necessary documents are in order and that the transaction is completed efficiently and accurately.
You will work closely with loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and error-free closing experience. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in managing a large pipeline of loans and providing exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SBA and/or USDA lending, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills. A college degree in business or finance is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Close for multiple verticals, including SBA, USDA, and Conventional loans
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior loan closing specialists
- Create and maintain the loan closing checklist
- Collaborate with borrowers, attorneys, and third parties to ensure timely document production
- Lead the closing kick-off call and serve as the primary point of contact for loan inquiries
- Resolve or escalate potential issues to the loan team or management
- 5-10 years of experience in SBA and/or USDA lending
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and development. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $130,000 per year, as well as annual bonuses and long-term incentives.
