Job Overview

The primary role of this position is to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processes, adhering to local labor laws and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll inputs, calculations, and payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Review and control delivery of accessory obligations, including overtime, on-call shifts, and variable compensation.
  • Master and comply with e-Social obligations, monitor employee time and attendance, and calculate vacations and terminations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as ADP, schedule and process admission, dismissal, and periodic exams.
  • Generate and check payroll accounts and accounting provisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Attend audits, inspections, and legal proceedings, process payment of benefits and apportionment by area/class.
  • Issue monthly data analysis reports, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Solid background in payroll processing for Brazil and Chile, with experience in overtime, on-call shifts, and variable compensation.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate with P&C, Finance, and external partners, and good communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to stay current with legal updates and payroll best practices, and a solid understanding of financial principles.
