We're looking for a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team
- This is a full-time position that involves managing the entire internal payroll process, including inputs, conferences and payments;
- Reviewing and controlling the delivery of accessory obligations, such as DET, DIRBI, CPRB, CRF, Sistemas S and etc.;
- Mastery in and compliance with e-Social obligations, ensuring timely and accurate payment of charges, INSS, FGTS, IRRF, among others;
- Monitoring employee time and attendance, handling differentiated work regimes, overtime, on-call shifts, and variable compensation;
- Systematic admission process execution;
- Employment contract amendments;
- Time clock checking and vacation calculations;
- Termination calculations;
- Relationship with ADP;
- Scheduling and paying for admission, dismissal and periodic exams;
- Generating and verifying payroll accounts and accounting provisions;
- Attendance and delivery of documents relating to audits, inspections and legal proceedings;
- Payment of benefits and apportionment by area/class;
- Providing labor routine information for employees working in Brazil and Chile;
- Issuing monthly data analysis reports.
- E-Social, accounting, annual reconciliations, among others;
- Knowledge of labor and tax legislation;
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI;
- Desirable knowledge of the ADP tool;
- Desirable advanced English.
- Degree in Administration, Accounting or Human Resources or related field.
