We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to our operations team. As an administrative officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • General office duties including mail room and reception responsibilities
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing, and collecting mail and correspondence
  • Answering and routing incoming calls on a switchboard
  • Assisting callers with general questions
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Handling special projects as assigned
Key Requirements:
  • High school completion (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
  • Graduation in administration or related areas (desirable)
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, excellent communication skills
