About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer specializing in web backend development, with expertise in Golang and proficiency in data engineering. You will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining backend services, collaborating with stakeholders to architect and implement new services, contributing to feature development, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer specializing in web backend development
  • Proficiency in Golang and data engineering
  • Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, Ruby, Bigtable, Postgres/PostgreSQL, GCP Dataflow (Apache Beam), BigQuery, Python, Java, and Terraform
  • Customer-centric approach with strong empathy towards users
