Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Product Quality Leader to join our team. This role will focus on transforming reactive quality insights into preventive actions for future truck and bus projects.
This position plays a pivotal part in applying structured problem-solving methodologies, especially the 8D framework. It ensures that lessons learned are embedded into new developments.
The successful candidate will act as a key interface between field performance and engineering, driving sustainable improvements and influencing long-term product quality strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactive Quality & Lessons Learned
- Engage problem-solving using the 8D methodology, with emphasis on steps 7D and 8D (Learn and prevent recurrence).
- Ensure lessons learned from reactive issues are captured, documented, and integrated into future project requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional reviews to drive preventive actions.
