Your Future Role

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team. As part of our global unit in Digital & IT, you will play a key role in shaping the future of transportation by developing software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

This position is part of our efforts to transform our company and the transport industry as a whole. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with highly skilled colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence how legacy applications are rewritten in new technologies
  • Actively participate in agile events and support business stakeholders in finding effective techniques for product goal definition and new feature implementation
  • Propose changes that make the system more efficient and reduce operation or maintenance costs
  • Gather functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders
  • Develop detailed designs of applications/database based on business requirements/user stories
  • Develop efficient software and unit test, refining and rewriting it as necessary
  • Maintain all software engineering activities across product/squad
  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Support end-users in runtime (second-line support)

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • A relevant university degree in IT
  • Proficient English and fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken
  • High performance working as a Full Stack Application Developer and eagerness to learn new development languages
