Network Support Professional

As a Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer networks. This entails handling hardware, software and network configurations.
You will work closely with experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with end customers, project managers and service engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing network components, monitoring performance and ensuring security.
- Providing user support for network-related issues, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Essential Skills
- Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching and routing.
- Experience in Networking with CCNA certification or equivalent expertise.
- Knowledge of Network Security, WLAN and ITIL frameworks.
- Fluency in English language.
