Job Description:
We seek an experienced Network Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide senior-level support for various network platforms, including VSAT HUB, Satellite-based, FR/TDM, Microwave, ATM/SDH/DWDM, and MPLS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level support for VSAT HUB Platform and associated services.
- Offer senior-level support for Satellite-based Platform and associated services.
- Support Microwave-based Platform and associated services.
- Provide senior-level support for ATM/SDH/DWDM based Platform and associated services.
- Offer senior-level support for MPLS based Platform and associated services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in the technical or telecom industry. You should have a solid understanding of ITIL methodology and be proficient in ITIL v3 framework. Mandatory CISCO CCNA knowledge is required, while CISCO CCNP knowledge is preferred. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of different technologies such as Satellite, SDH, DWDM, Radio(MW), Optic Fiber, and ATM.
