Become a Specialist in eDiscovery Operations by joining our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and fulfill eDiscovery requests across various data sources, including electronic communications, voice, structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Coordinate with IT and business partners, internal Data Center Operations, and external vendors in support of request fulfillment.
  • Maintain understanding of the business uses for the systems from which data is being requested.

You will collaborate with our global team to develop, update and improve our eDiscovery program. We are seeking a self-motivated, highly flexible and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in either hands-on eDiscovery preservation and collections or in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support, Infrastructure, or project management.
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery Electronic Stored Information investigation, preservation, disposition, recovery and analysis of data from various electronic communication, voice and unstructured systems.
  • Understanding of change management processes and procedures (SDLC, etc.) and experience working in a secure environment with sensitive data.
