Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a key role in our team where you will be responsible for identifying, contacting and attracting top talent to join our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with our Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to find the best candidates.

You will be responsible for building relationships with candidates, communicating the value proposition of our company and convincing them to schedule an interview with our Hiring Team. You will also prioritize requests from our Recruitment Team and share data with them to support their decision-making process.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, dynamic and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to handle multiple tasks at once and have attention to detail. If you have experience in sales or recruitment, that would be a plus.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with candidates
  • Contact candidates and convince them to schedule an interview
  • Prioritize requests from our Recruitment Team
  • Share data with the Recruiting/Staffing team

Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting goals
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach to working hours and environment
  • Working Experience in Sales or Recruitment: Previous experience in sales or recruitment is desirable, but not essential
