Talent Acquisition Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to drive our recruitment strategy and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment plans, ensuring timely and efficient filling of open positions.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientations, and setup for success from day one.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, providing regular updates to management on recruitment progress and key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
