About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a talent hunting strategy that meets our business objectives.

You will manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, focusing on productivity and quality. Your goal will be to design innovative solutions to track hard-to-find profiles and collaborate with managers to align priorities and drive results.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in talent recruitment, including leading teams based on KPIs and metrics. You should be proficient in search engines (LinkedIn, StackOverflow, GitHub) and have a background in IT industry head-hunting. Advanced English level is also required.
