Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and skilled On-Site Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team. This person will participate in the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to meet our staffing needs. The individual will work closely with hiring managers and the HR department to build and maintain a strong workforce at our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • The On-Site Talent Acquisition Analyst will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • This role involves managing the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientations, and ensuring all new hires are set up for success from day one.
  • The On-Site Talent Acquisition Analyst will maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to HR and management on recruitment progress, including key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, and prioritization of recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be able to assess situations, identify challenges, and find creative solutions to meet hiring needs.
