Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research on potential candidates utilizing various sources, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other HR professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, incorporating recruitment marketing, employee referral programs, and diversity initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a track record of success in recruiting top talent.
