Job DescriptionWe're looking for a seasoned recruiter to join our team. As a Bilingual Executive Headhunter, you'll be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for upper-level executive positions. Your task will be to source, screen, interview, evaluate, and present top candidates to internal clients.
You'll develop and implement successful sourcing strategies to find the perfect fit for our clients. With your expertise, you'll identify the most promising candidates and nurture their growth through exciting projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Native/Proficient English level is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships are a must.
- 4+ years of experience in Recruiting.
- Previous experience in Executive/C-Level recruitment is highly valued.
- Proven track record of success with lead generation and conversion.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
- Great self-management capacity, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
