Key Senior Position for Subscription Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our subscription growth initiatives. As a senior expert in this field, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, effective execution, and data-driven decision making.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase ARPU and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that maximize monetization.
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and data insights to inform product development and optimization decisions.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and launch plans that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and communicate priorities effectively.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in subscription-based digital products.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics with quantifiable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction strategies, and lifecycle optimization for recurring revenue models.
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and experience with component-based design systems that enable monetization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using user behavior analysis, market research, and segmentation to inform decisions.
