Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our AI R&D team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing, training, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) that power real product features and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs using multi-GPU and distributed setups.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of model performance, identify failures, and implement improvements.
  • Work with curated and synthetic datasets, including classification and generation tasks.
  • Design experiments, track results, and iterate quickly using efficient tools like MLflow.
  • Write clean, production-ready code and collaborate effectively via version control systems.
  • Pursue innovation: explore architecture, memory efficiency, scale, and cost trade-offs.
Required Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of LLM internals, including transformer architectures, tokenization, and embeddings.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python programming; experience with PyTorch or JAX; familiarity with Bash and Git.
  • Hands-on experience in training models beyond notebook environments.
  • Systems mindset: balance throughput vs memory, latency vs accuracy.
  • Good judgment: know when to research, troubleshoot, or refactor code.
