About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires a proactive and results-driven professional to ensure operational compliance, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

  • Ensure adherence to established operational and safety procedures;
  • Evaluate employee productivity and take corrective action when necessary to guarantee optimal performance, as well as provide regular updates on progress;
  • Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness in the operational and administrative areas through implementation of 5S principles;
  • Report incidents and accidents promptly, conduct thorough investigations as needed, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences;
  • Monitor inventory accuracy on a weekly basis using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Develop and motivate team members to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of multifunctional skills and knowledge sharing;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by participating in and leading projects related to operations and other areas;
  • Collaborate with support teams to drive business outcomes and monitor key metrics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in managing distribution centers and overseeing inventory and quality control processes;
  • Familiarity with SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, and other relevant tools and methodologies;
  • Ability to work in Guarulhos, São Paulo.
