Operational Compliance and Efficiency Specialist

This role focuses on ensuring operational compliance, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards in a distribution center environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Distribution Centers and Inventory and Quality operational routines. They will be responsible for evaluating employee productivity, ensuring 5S standards are maintained, reporting accidents and incidents, monitoring inventory accuracy, training and developing the team, and participating in and leading various projects.

  • Ensure operational and safety procedures are complied with;
  • Evaluate employee productivity and take action when necessary to guarantee it;
  • Ensure 5S standards are maintained in the operational and administrative environment;
  • Report accidents and incidents in accordance with the process;
  • Monitor inventory accuracy using ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;
  • Train, develop, and motivate the team in all functions;
  • Participate in and lead various projects in operations and other areas;
  • Interact with support areas and monitor key figures (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or similar;
  • Experience in managing Distribution Centers and Inventory and Quality operational routines;
  • Knowledge of SQL, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement, Kanban, and product management is desirable;
  • Availability to work in Sao Paulo state.
