Job Title:

IT Service Delivery Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multinational team of managers or a local/multi-country team of IT Specialists, providing IT solutions and managing hosted IT resources to support global IT projects.
  • Implement the global standard IT operating model with the Hubs, oversee service and project delivery, and ensure business requirements are integrated into the PGIT operating model.
  • Develop and manage an organizational entity for delivering IT services, solutions, and activities in the Hub region.
  • Ensure end-to-end IT service delivery, including onsite services and IT/OT cybersecurity operational management at sites.
  • Gather demands for new and improved IT infrastructure services and ensure overall business satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit IT Management, IT stakeholders, 3rd Party IS Suppliers, and across Hubs.
  • Ensure delivery of business processes/projects supporting IS systems aligns with business needs, improving efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and operational functionality.
  • Prioritize tasks to manage regional and local requirements and escalations, aligning with global targets and strategy.
  • Lead distributed teams towards operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with deep experience in Information Systems or a technology-related business.
  • Experience in IT delivery management across regional geographies.
  • Experience managing complex global projects, including IT system integration.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, processes, and change management.
  • Experience handling complex stakeholder scenarios and cross-functional problem solving, with understanding of IT procedures, policies, and end-to-end business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility for occasional work in different time zones and business travel.
