We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our regional IT teams and drive the delivery of IT services that support business operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead regional IT teams and ensure the successful delivery of IT services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve IT service quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT delivery management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
