We are looking for a skilled professional to provide top-notch support and maintenance services for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

Job Description
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our team providing comprehensive support services to internal departments and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line IT support for internal departments and clients.
  • Manage stock and assets, including mounting and unmounting devices.
  • Install and configure PCs and peripherals as needed.
  • Maintain and improve customer service and availability.
  • Develop documentation for ICT support subjects and create reports when required.
  • Provide on-site support during events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience in PC and/or mobile phone support.
  • Basic knowledge of network and server administration.
  • Familiarity with hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo).
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
