• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape talent strategies and improve employee experience.
• Lead compensation and performance evaluation programs, ensuring fairness and alignment with business goals.
• Support transitions with empathy—handling outplacement counseling and exit interviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need:
• A degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with company goals.
• Experience navigating employee relations with professionalism and care.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in data gathering, reporting, and making informed decisions.
• English proficiency is preferred; Spanish is a strong plus.
