The position:
We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our GBS HR & Admin team in Brazil.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner in HR and administrative operations, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across multiple HR pillars: recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, internal communication, HR data, administrative contracts, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee journey and aligning HR efforts with the company's values and business goals.
About the location / department:
This position is based in our Rio de Janeiro office, easily accessible and located in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
The HR Analyst reports to the HR Manager and will interact with our Admin team, Finance, Global HR, department managers, and external vendors.

Required experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related areas
- Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, L&D, internal communication and admin routines
- Excellent communication in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Solid experience with Workday, Power BI and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and hands-on attitude
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor law and experience managing administrative suppliers/contracts
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate onboarding, access setup and welcome communications
- Monitor training progress using dashboards and support learning culture
- Maintain accurate data and updates in Workday, ensuring data integrity
- Analyze HR metrics and propose continuous improvements
- Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement events
- Manage service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, fleet, etc.)
- Review and submit payment requests with proper cost center allocation
- Organize and update HR documents on SharePoint/shared folders
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies and GIMS
- Support and lead local HR projects to enhance the employee experience
