We are seeking a client-focused professional with strong technical expertise in geosciences to join our dynamic team of tech enthusiasts who are revolutionizing the Oil & Gas industry.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality technical demos and training sessions, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging technical sales and workflow presentations to clients (online and in-person)
  • Providing on-site support and multi-day training to clients, with occasional travel required
  • Offering customer technical support via phone and email, including evening and weekend calls
  • Supporting our sales team with interactive technical demonstrations
  • Tracking client issues and feature requests

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in oil and gas operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience creating and delivering presentations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Docs
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Intermediate to advanced ability with StarSteer geosteering software is an asset
  • Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc)
  • Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience
