Our team of tech enthusiasts is revolutionizing the Oil & Gas industry with comprehensive software solutions that optimize well operations and streamline workflows for clients globally.
We are looking for the next key member to join our dynamic team and help scale our digital transformation in the Oil & Gas industry.
Responsibilities- Provide technical sales & workflow presentations to clients (online and in person)
- On-site support and multi-day training with clients, with some travel required
- Customer technical support (phone, email), including possible calls during evenings and weekends
- Support our sales team with engaging technical demonstrations
- Tracking of clients' bugs and new feature requests
- Residence in Macaé, Brazil, is a mandatory requirement for this role
- Bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences or Engineering
- 5 years of experience in oil and gas operations
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English; experience creating and delivering presentations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Docs
- Working knowledge of Python
- Intermediate to advanced ability with StarSteer geosteering software is an asset
- Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc)
- Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience
