Expert Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical expert to deliver high-quality service through technical excellence and customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize intervention electro-hydraulic, wireline, and DSL service jobs, including simulations and job programs.
- Support field operations and address customer inquiries in real-time.
- Deliver technical presentations and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
- Evaluate compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure job readiness and service quality.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong knowledge of well intervention operations with wireline and/or Digital Slickline.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic field environments.
- Effective communication in technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in simulation software and technical reporting tools.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
