Leading the design and operation of a seamless rider service process is crucial for our business. As a skilled Courier Operations Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for continuously enhancing our solutions to meet rider needs.
The ideal candidate has strong awareness of exceptional customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify areas for improvement. They should also possess strategic thinking, proposing comprehensive plans for optimizing operations and promoting their implementation.
We seek a collaborative team member who can effectively integrate internal and external resources. You will need to clearly understand rider pain points, analyze factors affecting their experience, and provide well-reasoned solutions.
