Job Title: IT Business Systems Analyst

The IT Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations for applications and databases, as well as translating business demands into new projects and enhancements. This position requires strong interaction with local business areas, global support teams, and suppliers, maintaining a good relationship and strong communication with business areas and suppliers from different segments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support for the Warehouse Management (MHS - Material Handling System) application in terms of development, rollout, maintenance, and daily support.
  • Support all applications related to the Warehouse Management system and cooperate with related departments.
  • Propose and cooperate on enhancements and improvements of the Warehouse Management system.
  • Manage source code, changes, and documentation for local applications.
  • Administer MS-SQL Database and develop in SQL.
  • Support SAP Brazil localization for Nota Fiscal, SD, MM, and FI, managing demands addressed to SAP consulting companies and SAP COE.
  • Support level 1 for local applications, such as Mastersaf DW, Mastersaf DFe, CAPPE...
  • Design, document, and support IT-related projects.
  • Ensure that the change management process is followed for Warehouse Management, local applications, and SAP systems.
  • Capture demands from users in tickets, properly segregate between incidents and requests, and provide solutions under agreed SLAs.
  • Prepare monthly reports on IT KPIs (Warehouse Management system and Local Applications).
  • Manage projects related to Warehouse Management, local applications, and SAP.
  • Develop requirements and define appropriate technologies for the business in accordance with global IT policies and standards.
  • Keep IT controls and documentation updated, including DRP, ARP, AIA, desk procedures, and user manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, energy, and natural resource preservation requirements to guarantee the safety, well-being of people, and the maintenance of the environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
  • Fluent in Professional English.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the area.
  • Intermediate level knowledge in Project Management.
  • Intermediate level knowledge in Java, .NET Core, MS-SQL Reporting, ASP.NET, and Angular.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database (procedures, functions, triggers, tables, views, commands, and connectivity).
  • Intermediate level knowledge of SAP Brazil localization for MM, SD, FI, and Nota Fiscal modules.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 package (Microsoft Power Apps, MS-Team with Enterprise Voice...).
  • Knowledge in ticket management (SLA, MTTR, Change Management...).
  • Knowledge in MS-Windows computing environment.
  • Knowledge in Cyber Security.
  • Negotiation, time management, and leadership per influence skills.
