Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in driving strategic financial planning, performance optimization, and business growth. We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in corporate finance, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting processes to align with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain advanced financial models to support short- and long-term financial projections.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive revenue and margin planning, execution, and improvement.
  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts/budgets, transforming complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Conduct in-depth profitability, cost, operational performance, and key financial metrics analyses.
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations that deliver clarity, objectivity, and strong visual impact.
  • Act as a strategic partner to various departments, providing analytical support and financial recommendations to optimize performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is highly desirable.
  • Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, controlling, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI and CO modules); experience with SAP BPC or S/4HANA Finance is highly valued.
  • Expert-level Excel skills (financial modeling, dynamic analysis) and strong PowerPoint capabilities for preparing high-level executive presentations.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to operate effectively in a global business environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize and communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.
