Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

Schools around the world partner with SABIS to provide students with a top-quality education.

The school is looking for a qualified and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to ensure that all incoming and outgoing telephone calls are handled in an efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Additionally, they will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Meet and greet students, families, and guests respectfully and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional, pleasant, and informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school.
  • Accompany new parents on school tours and inform them of the facilities and features of the SABIS Educational System.
Key Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities are essential to the role:

  1. Assist the Admission Officer/Office Manager in providing support to new parents to complete documentation, explain the system, school policies, rules, and regulations.
  2. Arrange with SLO for the new parent orientation and school tour.
  3. Assist in interviewing students for new admission to KG 1, KG 2 & Grade 1 classes (if and when needed).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • English proficiency and communication skills.
