As a professional with expertise in strategy execution, you will have the opportunity to structure and solve complex organizational challenges for clients across industries.

  • Lead multi-workstream projects that align with our clients' strategic priorities and drive measurable impact.
  • Develop customized workshops, learning journeys, and leadership development experiences (both in-person and virtually)that create lasting behaviour change and business results.
  • Identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and engage prospective clients.
  • Earn the role of trusted advisor for executives at major corporations across industries.
  • Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and development programs that drive client success and transformative growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in leading projects, and partnering with various business stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering strategic workshops and managing project outcomes aligned with client and organizational goals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business and operating model insights to client work.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships, leading to identification and expansion of business development opportunities.
  • Accountability and ownership in driving project success, maintaining a focus on high-impact results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Mature, humble, professional, and a hands-on team player.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international).
  • Native Portuguese and fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
