Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and evolving long-term financial models, leading complex financial analysis, and driving automation and optimization of FP&A processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives.

About the Role
  • Build and evolve long-term financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, consolidated P&L, and business unit-level financials.
  • Lead complex financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic trends.
  • Drive automation and optimization of FP&A processes to improve speed and data reliability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to teams such as Product, Sales, Growth, Operations, and People.
  • Support business case development and ad-hoc analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in FP&A, strategic planning, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and solid understanding of managerial accounting.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and business insights.
  • Strong analytical thinking, business sense, attention to detail, and autonomy.
  • Fluency in English (essential for investor and stakeholder communication).
