Responsibilities:
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS
- ONBOARDING CLIENTS AND PROVIDING VALUE
- FACILITATING CLIENT CALLS TO UNDERSTAND PRIORITIES
- COLLABORATING WITH INTERNAL PARTNERS TO MAXIMIZE VALUE DELIVERY
Requirements:
- 3+ YEARS OF RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS FUELED BY A PASSION FOR DELIGHTING CLIENTS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATION, PRIORITIZATION, CRITICAL THINKING, AND INFLUENCING SKILLS
- MULTILINGUALISM, WITH PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND PORTUGUESE
