Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This strategic role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll oversee the salesforce in Brazil, responsible for scaling the organization to meet our ambitious growth targets.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team in Brazil, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to capture demand for Adyen's platform across various segments, verticals, and offerings.
  3. Engage with executive-level decision-makers at top-tier enterprises, building strong relationships and closing large-scale deals.
  4. Collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to drive business objectives and achieve regional success.
  5. Drive cultural transformation within the organization, embracing innovative approaches to selling while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A senior leader with extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a proven track record of scaling sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with transactional volume-based commercial models and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in maintaining senior executive relationships and driving deal closures at the highest level.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, complemented by qualitative metrics of success.
  • Pragmatic, high-energy leader with a creative mindset, capable of supporting and managing the team from the front lines.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
