About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Account Executive to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

As a Senior Sales Account Manager at Red Hat, you will have a key focus on both retaining and growing corporate accounts, developing business relationships, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Your expertise will be essential in positioning and selling Red Hat's enterprise software solutions to customers and partners, helping them achieve their business goals.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to develop solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. You will need to have a deep understanding of the customer's business, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Additionally, you will require excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills to articulate the value proposition of Red Hat's hybrid cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to retain and grow existing customers
  • Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales architects and customer success teams, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with senior IT and business executives in key accounts
  • Articulate the value proposition of Red Hat's hybrid cloud solutions to customers and partners

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record of success in working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills
  • Deep understanding of customer businesses, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of Red Hat's hybrid cloud solutions

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
