Accounting Assistant Role

  • Familiarize yourself with the system's processes and update relevant information accordingly.
  • Analyze special cases requiring more detailed analysis and process them accordingly.
  • Create and send reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Track and control protocols for sending invoices to clients.
  • Request electronic tax notes as needed.
  • Update performance metrics for revenue tracking.
  • Compile and send processed information to clients.
  • Provide backup support for other team members as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field (desirable).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in working with various software applications.
