Operations Coordinator for the Americas

This is an exciting opportunity to be a crucial connection point for colleagues and stakeholders across the Americas.

  • The Operations Coordinator will support daily administrative and facility needs, manage local office needs, receive visitors, and maintain virtual office-related payments.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflows to ensure seamless daily operations, including materials organization and vendor coordination.
  • Process and follow up on Travel Agency invoices for LATAM USA.
  • Communicate regularly with regional teams and stakeholders.
Key Tasks:
  • Support report creation, data summaries, and visual reports preparation.
  • Maintain trackers for asset management, budgets, and office-related tasks.
Cross-Regional Collaboration:
  • Develop strong relationships with Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and the USA-based teams through regular communication and updates.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail – Ensures accuracy in payments, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong ownership – Follows through on responsibilities independently and reliably.
  • Collaborative communicator – Shares updates, task progress, and handovers clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving – Anticipates potential blockers and takes initiative to resolve issues early.
