Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our project management team in Latin America.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our contract management team, developing customer relationships, and providing strategic guidance to the business.

  • Supervise activities related to supervision, organization, and execution by the contract performance management team.
  • Develop and present product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, fulfillment, and management of customer maintenance events.
  • Define team goals and objectives that drive business profitability and productivity, while meeting customer expectations.

Mentor and develop existing team members for future growth and nurture a pipeline of potential talent to fulfill new contracts and meet succession needs.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans. They will also have experience in contract performance management, customer relationship development, and team leadership.
