Pest Control Route Manager

Deliver safe and effective pest solutions to customers as a professional with our award-winning training program. Learn the skills needed to succeed in daily route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete rigorous training to master the skills and knowledge required to serve customers
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Follow a route schedule and daily operation plan within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer's location
  • Operate a company vehicle safely, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment at all times
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity when interacting with customers and coworkers
  • Solve problems for customers with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs, utilizing expertise to recommend efficient solutions
  • Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that enhance their pest management experience
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of properties to identify potential pest issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss opportunities for additional services
  • Complete accurate and thorough service-related documentation in a handheld device provided for speed and efficiency

We offer competitive hourly earnings starting at $18 to $20 per hour, including a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment. Our paid training program supports continuous improvement and provides opportunities for career growth and advancement.
