Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers.

  • Provide outstanding customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of cash handling and inventory management.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting company initiatives that drive growth and loyalty.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and store policies. Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team and the business.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining attendance standards.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, as well as safely ascend/descend ladders.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
